At Sportslabel B.V. we do our very best to deliver the highest quality products. Nevertheless, it is possible that your product contains a manufacturing defect.
Normally, the supplier gives a standard 2 months warranty on their products. Sportslabel adds one more month to that, so we use a warranty period of 3 months. The effective date for this period is the invoice date.
When we talk about a manufacturing defect, it concerns a defect in a product that was not caused by:
- wear and tear;
- incorrect use;
- no or poor maintenance.

Are you convinced that your complaint meets the warranty conditions? Fill in the form below in as much detail as possible. You will receive a response by email where we may ask you to send the product to us for a better assessment.
As soon as your warranty request has been approved, we will send you a new item. When the item is no longer in stock or is partially reimbursed, you will receive a voucher from us that you can use to choose an alternative of your choice in the webshop.
